To Hide Wallpaper Tab, you have
to Click Start and type regedit in the Search field. You need to Click HKEY_CURRENT_USER,
Software, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, Policies and ActiveDesktop
on the left side. You must Right-click on any blank area on the right side. You
should choose New and click DWORD Value from the side menu. You can Type NoChangingWallpaper
in the name field. You have to Right-click it and click Modify. You need to
Type a 1 in the value field type in order to disable the Wallpaper tab.
