You must Right-click on Uninstall Zone Labs Security. You should pick Properties from the menu. After that, Look under Target for the following command line: C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe. You can Add /clean to the end of the command. 

 You have to make sure that the command line reads as follows: C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe /clean.
